Step 1: Aerolase laser

Sofia, VELA's lead aesthetician and the provider who runs our laser program, opens every Regenerative Edit with the Aerolase Neo Elite. The 650-microsecond Nd:YAG pulse is designed to calm vascular redness, soften pigmentation, and quiet the sebaceous activity that drives Charlotte's humidity-fueled breakouts. Step 2: SkinPen microneedling

SkinPen is the only FDA-cleared microneedling device, and at VELA it is the engine of the protocol's collagen response. What to expect at VELA

You will arrive to a quiet South End suite, change into a robe, and spend the first ten minutes in a thorough skin read with Sofia under clinical lighting. The treatment itself runs roughly 75 minutes.
