GLO2 Facial

Oxygen facials in South End, Charlotte

The GLO2 Facial oxygenates skin from within. A reactive pod exfoliates and triggers the body to flood the skin with oxygen, active serums are infused deep into the skin, and a lymphatic massage detoxes and refreshes. The result is immediate luminosity with no downtime, which makes it the most requested facial before an event. Come get an oxygen facial at our spa next to Dilworth Charlotte.

The Protocol

Three acts, no intermission.

The treatment

Oxygen, summoned

The treatment moves through three phases: oxfoliation with the active pod, infusion of targeted serums, and a lymphatic massage to detox and de-puff. Finishing products round out the service. It feels as good as it sounds.

Who it is for

Everyone with an event, or a mirror

There is no downtime and no recovery, so GLO2 suits nearly every skin type and every calendar. It is the facial we recommend the week of a wedding, a reunion, or a photoshoot.

What to expect

The glow is immediate

Skin looks plumped, hydrated, and lit from underneath when you leave. The effect deepens over a day or two and lingers. Monthly treatments maintain it, and pair beautifully with your home care from the mercantile.

Questions, answered

Before you book

When should I book before an event? +

Two to four days before is the sweet spot for most clients: the glow is at full strength and the schedule is forgiving. The effect deepens over the first day or two, so a Wednesday facial dresses a Saturday wedding beautifully.

For the biggest occasions, brides especially, we prefer a trial run a month or two out so your skin's response is a known quantity before the week that matters. Nothing about your event week should be an experiment.

Is GLO2 suitable for sensitive skin? +

Generally yes. Pods and serums are selected for your skin at the start of your appointment, and the treatment itself is gentle: no acids doing heavy lifting, no heat, no needles.

Reactive skin often does especially well here because the oxygenation is triggered by your own physiology rather than forced from outside. If your skin flares at the word exfoliation, tell your provider and the pod selection will honor it.

How is this different from a regular facial? +

The oxygenation mechanism. Rather than applying oxygen to the surface, GLO2 triggers your own physiology to deliver it from within, alongside exfoliation and serum infusion calibrated to your skin.

The practical difference is visible before you reach the parking lot: plumper, brighter, lit from underneath rather than simply clean. A regular facial tidies the surface; this one changes what the surface has to work with.

How long does the glow last? +

The headline glow carries strong for several days and settles into a healthier baseline over the following week or two, which is why GLO2 books so heavily around events.

Monthly treatments keep the baseline elevated rather than letting it reset, and the right home care from the mercantile stretches every session further. The glow is rentable; the routine makes it yours.

Can I combine GLO2 with other treatments? +

Beautifully, and we often do. GLO2 slots between stronger entries in a program, keeping skin luminous and hydrated while lasers and peels do their structural work on their own schedule.

It is also the finishing move before events inside both of our programs: the deep work happens in the months prior, and GLO2 polishes the result the week of. Your provider sequences it all at consultation.
