VELA began as a humble one room studio and a conviction: advanced skincare should be an experience, not an errand. Today, the house keeps an immersive treatment floor and a curated mercantile in South End, Charlotte. The scale changed. The conviction never did.

Elizabeth Lasswell holds her aesthetics license, her acne certification, and the firm belief that results are a form of hospitality. She built VELA from a home studio into the house it is today, and she still reads every treatment plan that leaves it. Ask her about Paris, peptides, or your stratum corneum.
